Pros

One thing that stood out is that the UI is near intuitive, nice to look at and the data is well supported by a dedicated team at Blackbaud.
I compare price with the features and services provided. Raiser's Edge is easy to use, and provides good services at a good price.
We love Blackbaud and have had a great experience.

Pros

The greatest advantage is the percentage of funds that we were able to keep and the ease of use.
The customer rep was very helpful and made the experience seamless. Simple and extremely helpful video tutorials to help get started.
I am so grateful that I found FanAngel. I looked into other options and am glad I chose FanAngel.

Cons

Their service and support is awful. They make mistakes in invoicing and don't even try to fix them--corrections take months, and they'll turn off YOUR service/support for their mistakes.
Their customer service is dreadful and slow. It is impossible to speak with anyone from tech support when problems arise.
Terrible interface, terrible service, difficult to implement, closed ecosystem, expensive.

Cons

If I had to come up with a Con it would be that there is no App.
People were a little confused about using it despite clear explanations.
The email updates were pretty annoying. I asked to be able to turn email notifications off and was given a few workarounds, but not a real solution.
