Text messages, bulk emails, sync with mailchimp, totally customize fields, form integration, volunteer management, donations and payments (at a good credit card rate too), event attendance, and more.

Pros

*Super easy to create custom fields specific to our church's needs - we now can have a contact profile specific to our needs and can easily run reports with the data.

Cons

I wish we could custom the graphic to be more about the event or our church branding.

it is one of the best software for church management.

Pros

Provides an interactive surface-it is interactive it is cloud-based so it can be accessed anywhere Can be used to monitor activities and generating reports it is customizable

Cons

it so complicated to use. Because of huge traffic most of the time it is usually slow it is restrictive you can not do much with it

Really helped me organize our church while minimizing time spent on a computer.

Pros

The financial reporting is by far my favorite feature.

I also wish there was automatic integration between breeze and quickbooks.

Simple and Powerful

We use it for a lot of document related tasks, which often means working on large monitors. The UI doesn't scale with your browser window, so things are often at the extreme sides of the screen.

Pros

- Easy to use and learn - Clear, definable sections - Integrates well with other tools used for more immediate messaging (like Slack) - Great for when you need straightforward task management

Cons

- Activity can get a little blurry, especially with large teams - Filters don't always show every relevant task when selected - The Progress charts don't seem like they'll be useful for most

The Breeze mobile app has saved our office calls and tasks that people used to ask us for like phone numbers, addresses and directions.

Pros

Simplicity is key - especially when trying to encourage staff of varying technical skills to actually use the tool. Cost effective with phenomenal support.

Cons

Would also be great to have the ability to sync the contacts from various tags with mobile devices.

It allows us to create a field for just about everything we have ever needed to track.

Cons

I would LOVE to be able to make all of our check-in stations mobile using iPads but we can't as the label printer requires a PC in order to create a print station.

It's a great first step into web based data management at a every economical cost.

Pros

The cost, web based so all the staff can use it and also the congregation can use it as a data base, update their own information, and also see their contributions.

Cons

Taking attendance is calendar based and if you have a very large church, it's a little tedious.

They are quick to answer emails and help when you experience a problem.

Cons

It is a very intuitive system that puts communication information and tools in the hands of not only the church staff, but to ministry leaders and volunteers as well.

Pros

Affordability, intuitive to use, can talk to a real person for support, full online reference support and videos.

Cons

Volunteer Scheduling might be the only feature to consider major improvements to make it easier to use, but it works nonetheless.

Pros

On top of all of that, there's a nice JSON REST API that lets you extend things as needed.

Cons

The mobile app is essentially a web view, it could be faster and more performant if it was native code.

Simple to setup and a

I would highly recommend Breeze to any small to mid-size churches. Larger churches have needs that currently outreach the capabilities of Breeze, but I believe they aren't targeting the larger church market yet so they are doing exactly what they set out to do.

Pros

Granted we are a small church so we had a limited number of custom field needs, but the configuration was self-explanatory.

Cons

I have limited experience with other other church management software tools, but my guess is that this one isn't quite as fully featured as some other tools.
