It also is a great data management tool for report and grant access.

Pros

I appreciate the accessibility of customer support. Anytime I have had an issue I have been able to find that help is just a phone call away

Cons

The Getting Ahead Assessment process. I know this isn't a Charity Tracker issue but the assessment form used to track GA graduates progress is must too long, hindering graduates' participation.

It is great for collaborative management in tracking services provided.

I can search by a variety of options in the database. I can save reports in the database.

Pros

The shared database that allows you to see what other services are being provided to your client by other agencies.

Cons

The outcome management pieces they added in recent years are not very user-friendly or customizable and this makes it difficult to really track the outcomes effectively.

Charity Tracker is very straight forward, easy to use, and fairly thorough.

We use it as our primary case management tool.

Pros

We utilize a lot of volunteers at our organization, many of which are with us one day a week or even a month.

Cons

Also very often if a medical clients is accessing outreach services or vice versa you do not get the full history since some information is in Charity Tracker and some is in our medical software.

I like that others agencies I work closely with can be in my agency network and that I can keep notes and assistance private or share with others

Cons

Once a user is created with an email address, another account with that email address cannot be created.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ability to track my events to see what I have done on a regular basis; as well as the case management functionality it has to keep up with individual clients/organizations!

Cons

It must be an easier way to search for a case to make sure you’re not creating a duplicate🤔!

We are 100% volunteer, so we don't spend money easily, but it has been a great investment for us.

Cons

Also, the reports are not quite as easy as I would like, so we don't use them as much as we could.

Pros

CharityTracker is easy to use and has a lot of functionality that nonprofits desire in a case management tool.

Cons

The only con to this software is lack of utilization by other partners. If more organizations were using this, all information would be centralized in this system.

A Truly Unified Collaboration

I was sitting at my desk and a notification came up and immediately I thought of a local nonprofit that could benefit from the notification I was reading; although it was close to 8 o’clock at night, I picked up my cell phone and called the executive director of the local nonprofit, shared the information, and she was able to act and acquire the items she had desperately needed.

Pros

The ability to use the software as a case management tool and as and information highway is in my opinion, the most valuable aspect of CharityTracker.

Cons

In my opinion, it would be advantageous to be able to group the agencies that I interact with for quick reference purposes. It would also be nice to have a digital “rack card” to email to those who are inquiring about CharityTracker.

The thing I like most about this software is how easy it has made network membership management.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software would be the individual agency out of pocket expense. Having multiple users on an account is pricey.

besides all the crashing with the software, it's very easy to use, it makes doing collaboration easy, which you don't see often

We use this software when we do a charity, it really helps keep track of everything coming in in real time, the management software is very user friendly to use

there's a few bugs in the software, it will crash pretty often, needs restarted often, it would lock you out with alot of crashing

Charity Tracker makes client management simple for companies in the non profit sector.

Cons

The website doesn't do a good job of explaining the product. We had been referred and glad we did. It is a challenge to understand what they do from their outbound marketing.
