Pros

We have had a great experience. Our church loves this software and it has been so beneficial to us.
The software is very user friendly and the customer support is outstanding. Anytime I call them they reply in the same day usually.
Software is great for any size of church, make sure your members learn early on how to use it, Sunday school attendance is awesome on here.

Pros

Aware3 has always been very responsive and helpful for us whenever we have issues. Ability to accept donations, send push notifications and create a space for sermon notes are all great features.
This has been a great mobile platform to connect to our CHMS. Also like that development of new additions has been consistent to improve the platform.
Honestly, it's the customer service. They have an amazing support team who are not only prompt, they're very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Cons

Having to turn my cell phone sideway to use. That makes it awkward for me to use.
Hard to delete contacts because of having to search and find the groups they are listed in before they can be deleted.
I have not run across anything I don't like. There are more options included in our package than what we use regularly.

Cons

The graphical portion of setup was a bit intimidating. If I didn't have graphics experience I may have struggled more with the initial setup stage.
There was no documentation or coaching in the implementation phase. We work with volunteers who have limited time (and limited experience) to devote to this.
The most frustrating part has been not being able to "talk" to someone when I'm trying to make a change or do something i haven't done before.
