Pros
There are lots of moving parts so it is good that they have such great customer service - people on the phone have been great, also chat and email options.
Working with Classy is SO easy and the templates that they have are wonderful. I absolutely love how you can further customize the templates to match your branding or even your donation form needs.
We are early in our relationship with them trying to see if this powerful tool will bring in enough extra donations to be worth the added cost. No doubt its a good product with good service.
Pros
Now that we have fully used the software and that our donators have seen it, I believe the second time around will be even more successful. I love the fact that it was mobile friendly.
It's flexible solution with great support staff. We had a consistent improvement in fundraising when implementing DoJiggy.
Overall, the software has been very helpful and helps us expand our reach for our school jog-a-thon by allowing kids to email the page to relatives or friends that are not local.
Cons
Also, they did not honor the contract. The contract stated one fee but they charged higher fees and they refused to go back.
Account servicing is bad. Our account exec barely responds to messages.
Price is WAY over market; customer service reps LIED about pricing offers; vendor lock is tough to get out.
Cons
I think it's too expensive for what we are getting. And their customer service is very difficult to get a hold of and assist you.
The reporting tools were weak and didn't really allow for an customization which made for tedious compilation of data. That and the reporting issues made data integrity questionable.
Sometimes a feature would disappear, but still be referred to in documentation. Lots of important fundraising data disappeared and DoJiggy claims to only keep backups for 3 days.
