EasyTithe makes it easy to accept donations as well as registrations for church events.
Very easy to use. Friendly to donate user as well.
Our IT department complains that updates the kiosk are clumsy.

It's cheaper than programs like Pushpay. Makes it possible to tithe via technology instead of old fashioned.
It's cheap and clunky. Not the slickest program for tithing but you get what you pay for. Look for something else if you want elegance.

We are trying to help our members to be able to give when they have forgotten their checkbook or when they are on vacation.
The ease of setting the system up and setting up your account. Took about 3 mins to get my account going.
The mobile app is not as robust as I would like for it to be. There is not an option for the contributor to pay the fees.

The overall experience is positive. Customer Service reps are great to work with and helped me resolve any challenges that I had as I'm not extremely computer savvy!
I was familiar with it because my church used it. It seems simple for users to use which is why I decided to use it.
I had a little trouble with the login process and had to contact customer service on a couple of occasions for help.

It is convenient for our contributors; however there is as every giving software a fee.
The Easytithe software is easily integrated into our Fellowship one software and the lines items are easily noted on the bank statements as well as on Fellowship one report.
The Easy tithe report formatting is pretty basic, yet it is easy to understand and the customer service team was able to guide me to which reports I needed.
