They have an excellent support team and they listen. They are also great at creating a community of users through Supportal, their forum and their conferences (ENCC) so it's easy to learn how to best use the software.
It's user friendly - staff can pick it up quite quickly. It's also innovative and offers new products and services all the time, with frequent software updates. It definitely elevates our digital fundraising!
Because it offers so many digital solutions, there are quite a few nuances to learn and sometimes it can be difficult to customize the digital solution to exactly what you want it to be or operate.
Thanks Hannah!

We are fairly new to the platform but the tool has a robust set of modules for fundraising and offers great support. The thing we like the most is that they are always innovating and creating new tools to help us get the job done.

I love how Engaging Networks centralizes all of our data so that we can start to look at patterns of support in our network. We can really start to see all of the different ways that our community is interacting with us so that we can better tailor our campaigns to their tastes and needs.
Engaging Networks is always growing and evolving to offer the very best product based on client needs. With the dashboards and visual reports, all the information is truly right at your fingertips. It is really elevating our fundraising, advocacy, and email marketing capabilities! The newer page builder and marketing automation tools are game-changers.
Quite a bit of development investment is required to make the pages look modern and unique, and a lot of technical knowledge is required to get full use of the software.
Hi Jen, Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on our tools! We are honored to support Rethink's great work and look forward to serving you for many years to come!

Excellent customer & tech support, recognised and relatively to use simple platform which is updated regularly and (more so today) very user-friendly
- The new page builder module and the CMS elements of it - CARE integration and customisability of the output - First class support from customer service - Added additional field types in the form component i.e. Date, etc - Interconnection between different types of campaigns i.e. the way advocacy campaigns forwarded to fundraising campaigns with data - Comprehensive export feature with lots of filters - Ease of including supporter information onto pages - Facility to upload our own contact data set
- The new page builder is buggy at times on different browsers i.e. message block throws error on chrome most of the time - The way EN styles are injected i.e. would be ideal for us if EN styles aren't injected after our styles, at the moment EN styles overrides ours in templates - The ability to clear test data before going live, for some reason this was removed from page builder built campaigns - The was messages are implemented, at the moment the output is Iframe content (when HTML format is used) which is hard to style etc - There isn't a way to see all the components saved in library, leads to lot of duplicate blocks - The inability to add labels/headings within a form block, for example, to separate sections within a form or to label question numbers - Can't add default copy to text area (placeholder text)
Kaye, Thanks so much for your positive review and your kind words about our responsive tech team and improved UI! We are aware of your styling concerns and will be addressing them in upcoming releases -- stand by!

So many modern eCRMS are mired in a compromise of ease-of-use and sophistication. How do you make a powerful fundraising and advocacy platform that is easy to use? That has been the ongoing challenge Engaging Networks has focussed on in the development of their tools. Here, there is very little compromise, and that is because of the constant investment in new platform features and optimizations that they make multiple times a year. There is no other platform that we've supported that has been able to keep pace with the needs of their clients and the dynamic nature of the NP sector.
The marketing automation tools are generally very good and fulfill most use cases, but other platforms have more robust logic and pathing tools. I understand that this, along with email marketing is on the roadmap for improvement soon. An improvement on testing marketing automations before production would also be useful.

Implementation was quick and painless and the monthly check-ins were appreciated.
Network for Good is aesthetically pleasing and makes every effort to be clear in where data is held. The live graphics of fundraising goals and the website integration are amazing.
This is not a tool for organizing or for engaging your base.

Our experience with Network for Good has enabled us to gain a better understanding of our fundraising landscape and to better understand how our donors are engaging with us.
The NFG platform allowed our organization to consolidate its donor information, tracking and communications all in one place. Using it has helped us get a better grasp on how our donors are engaging with us and allows us to target and customize communications.
Some of the email design component is a bit clunky and cumbersome to use.

Overall, this is a great product. The ease of use is without match and it is perfect for an organization of our size and capacity. I love that people can fundraise for us, and look forward to engaging more donors to do this as we get even more of a handle on the software.
I love how accessible this software is. When you don't have a lot of time to dedicate to learning a new program, for the most part, this is extremely intuitive and you can learn as you go, and in nonprofit where things move really quickly and you may wear many hats, I am sure this is something very appreciated by users.
I would have like auto-acknowledge in the system for online gifts. Imports should be easier. If I name a campaign that is remotely like something that already exists in the system, the system should allow me to choose it instead of duplicating and causing a "data mess." "Global changes" if such a mess occurs would be helpful so that everything can be changed at once instead of one by one. Not being able to refund in the system is also a pain. Peer-to-Peer could also be easier in that it is difficult to do so as an organization or business as opposed to a person, every time we use it, we have to find creative ways to edit the name above so that the fundraisers can appear as desired by the teams starting the page.

Excellent overall experience. I feel like this platform saves me A LOT of time so I can focus on quality engagement with our donors. I am very impressed with the staff at Network for Good. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond. It truly feels like the care about our success!
Network for Good allowed us to combine multiple databases into one system. Instead of having a database to track donors, another one to handle donations on our website, and another one for communication, this platform consolidated all those uses so creates a better organized and easy to use system with more rigorous tracking. The help support is fantastic too! The multiple methods for engaging donors (video, text, email, direct mail, etc) are great, too.
The software is extremely well designed and easy to use. I don't have any suggestions to improve.

My overall experience has been excellent. Part of my issue with taking so long to on board was I was doing this on boarding and migration myself and I have many interruptions in my day for example stopping the ship care packages before the post people come to pick it up. Going to my daughters house to let the dog out. Helping my wife with her Bible study. My grandkids coming over. So there's a myriad of interruptions that take place where I just find it hard to commit several hours at one time on a project. That's not networks for goods problem that was my problem.
Donor Management was huge for me. Having to have spreadsheet for when I sent out correspondence to donors, thank you cards to donors, I was using two and three methods to keep up with donor relations. As my donor list increased it became unmanageable to go to my contacts of my computer and list when donations came in and then go to a spreadsheet to acknowledge some event or donation campaign that was taking place. It became a bit of a nightmare I'm working many hours sometimes not remembering if I put the information into the spreadsheet or contact list. Network for Good donor management system once I started inputting the data and seeing the dashboard, how everything was right there in one place for for the eye to see. I knew the first day I should've started this years earlier.
I felt like the migration part of the system was a little cumbersome, especially if you have had donors for a long period of time and wanted to capture the donations that may have gone back several years. So I've had this for about six months and I have probably 90% of my donors in there but I have not figured out how to get my major donors and capture all of their previous donations overtime. It's probably just an issue with with trying to figure out how to capture all the previous data without adding each individual reoccurring donation from years past.
