I am still discovering Servant Keeper and the things I can do, BUT my experience has been GREAT. The HELP DESK staff are patient and excellent teachers.
This is a wonderful program that I have used for more than 10 years. The people at Servant Keeper are wonderful to work with.
EVERY time i call for assistance EVERY person i speak with is super friendly, helpful and always helps me find a resolution (and the product is sooooo good I really don't have to call in that often!).

Cons

Steps to Merging duplicate entries or files can be very confusing. Customizing entry fields in the membership is difficult.
The field names can be a little confusing (E-mail vs Email, etc. The ministry names (attributes) are a little challenging to work with.
How difficult it is to go through all the steps necessary to find necessary donors, plus running all necessary donors after the first of the year to send for their taxes.

What a blessing Servant Keeper is!

Information at our fingertips in order to perform our roles as ministry assistant in an efficient and timely manner for our pastors and church.

Pros

It's reliability is what I like most. It has been such a faithful program. Little to no errors, crashes, etc.

Cons

Just little preferences that are different for every church is what I like the least. No big dislikes!

Love everything so far!

I haven't gotten all my data input yet, so I've not had a chance to play with it all, but I love the customer service before purchase and even after! Even though we didn't purchase all-out support, Angie has been faithful to call and check on us, to make sure the software is working for us - THAT makes all the difference in the world!!

New to Servant Keeper will update after actually using

Bernadette was wonderful in helping us finally getting over the hump to order the Servant Keeper program. We had many questions, concerns and needs that were important to have answered and Bernadette was patient, honest and faithful in helping us decide to order the program. If she had not stayed with us we would still "be thinking about it". After we actually install and use the program I will come back and rate the actual program but based on all the helpful information from Bernadette we will find it great.
