Pros
Overall, my church and I have been very pleased. Customer service has been excellent, and the product itself runs great.
Overall it is the best experience I have had using this kind of application. It has a cost but it is worth the price.
Proclaim is a robust solution to our weekly data projection needs. While not cheap to purchase, quality comes at a price and so Proclaim represents good value for money.
Pros
Setup for new fundraising projects is easy, the donor wall is wonderful, donors love seeing their names as it scrolls through and seeing a thermometer with overall fundraising dollars.
The customer service provided is outstanding and response times to issues are very quick. The knowledge base provided is amazing for being able to solve any questions quickly.
Bold and easy to navigate options. Strong customer service although at times it feels like they are really good listeners but not so good that executing on the requests.
Cons
However, not every theme will have all the type of slides that we need. For instance, some themes lack announcement slides while others will lack hymnal slides.
The lack of an "undo" button for some actions makes editing slides a bit difficult at times but that is nothing that can't be overcome.
BUT i have spent about 24 hours so 12 hours each saturday just trying to get the program to load on two computers. It is a very clumsy program that you have to pay for.
Cons
For instance, a donor wants us to to change recurring donation from $50 to $100, we cannot and therefore risk losing the donor due to their inability to navigate the change themselves.
I really dislike the organization of their campaigns as well as how difficult it is to customize different aspects of a crowdfundraising campaign.
There are some limitations on what information is made available to each group that has caused some disappointment.
