Pros
As a non profit marketer and fundraiser, the landing pages it shares are powerful, responsive, and just look so good and are easy to use.
I love that it makes it online giving so simple. It is fully customizable to make a clean, quality, layout that represents our organization.
GivingFuel has been amazing. So thankful to use it and the Webconnex family of apps.
Pros
What I love about the product is that it is easy for us who are new to accounting to use, but also robust enough that our treasure (CPA) is able to use it in more complex ways.
The webinars and support areas offered are always helpful as well. Lastly, I personally enjoy the humor of the Aplos team; and the occasional contests/prizes are fun, too.
Clearly designed for non-professionals like me - a volunteer doing a treasurer's job. Loved it from the first time I started playing with it during the free trial period.
Cons
Forgot my password a few times which made for a little frustration.
The website was a little confusing when you clicked on Text to Give it gives options but not all options are for texting.
I hesitated to write this, fearing I would put the team behind GivingFuel in a tough spot.
Cons
Ongoing problems, month after month, in many areas. Then the response time to get problems resolved is unacceptable and you are stuck in their hands until it works in their schedule.
I lost data at least a couple of times trying to look up accounts while entering a Receipt because I wasn't warned that navigating away from the receipt would delete my entry.
Our biggest complaint has been in the area of reporting. It is difficult to get the report info needed for our accountants.
