Pros
Has been so helpful for us when switching from DonorPerfect - we love the interface and ease of use.
Great experience, good choice for small nonprofits who want an easy way to host donation pages on websites and have a professional user experience.
We had never used online giving before, so this was a new world to us and givingtools helped the transition be super smooth. Customer support is a huge deal for me and givingtools had amazing support.
Pros
She has been available to answer all of my questions, big or small and has been great to work with. I have and will continue to recommend SimplyK to my non-profit colleagues.
Simplyk has been a great partner for us and we are glad we are using them for our foundation.
I love that it's completely FREE. I like the simplicity of uploading "events" for sale and the ease of making changes to them.
Cons
If you've found the process confusing and intimidating these are the folks who can show you the way.
Hard to log in; password issues when logging in can be difficult.
I used another software for 8 years - I had a lot to say negative about the use of that one.
Cons
The biggest annoyance that we've run into is that once you sign up for a volunteer slot on an event, you can't change it.
Some individuals struggled to sign up for the correct "Team.
I don't like the prompts in the response to purchasers email. I'd prefer if this was blank.
