Pros

Our team also really likes a lot of features, especially the integration features, that are not sold as add-ons. A great company to work with and enjoying the effective functionality of the system.
Kindful is great for folks who need a good place to store and review donor data. It integrates with a lot of great other SaaS platforms and is fairly easy to use.
I love that you can see at a glance who your most recent donations are from as soon as you log in. As a small company, it helps us learn how to be better fundraisers as well.

Cons

The platform has a lot of potential, but we're still having issues with it that can be frustrating and give us anxiety when dealing with our donors.
My team isn't intimidated by it and are able to get on and navigate it well. Usually, if there is something that isn't easily available, the Kindful team will find a work around for the problem.
The names of the different placements for pictures when creating a campaign are somewhat vague and are difficult to remember where the photos will be on the campaign landing page.
