user-friendly, great interface & integrates key functions

We love NFG and have been using their CRM since it launched. We actually switched to something else that had more tracking features but came back because the simplicity and integration of NFG was more valuable to us.

Pros

We love NFG because it is easy to use, has a beautiful interface, and has most of the features we need integrated in one place. It includes the CRM, email platform, and payment processing all in one which is great for our small organization. The customer service is very responsive, and they are adding new and improved features all the time.

Cons

There are a few things that we wish could be better customized, like the list of relationships between donors, but that's probably the tradeoff for having an easy and robust platform out of the box. We are also hoping for better analytics and segmenting for the texting feature, improved household tracking for couples, etc.

NFG is outstanding software

It's been great. I've had coaching and now we're implementing the steps. It's easy to learn! That's probably the best part of it.

Pros

We love the gift tracking and reporting. Email blasts are so easy, and our donor communication has improved dramatically. Our donors seem to like the video messaging.

Cons

Nothing much. There's nothing to complain about. It just works like it should.
