The more i learn it the more I like it. I love that i can do most everything i need in one program. I especially like the online giving. I do wish we could have more than one account listed for ease of deposits

The app. The app seems to be where we have the most issue with new people logging on and understanding how beneficial Realm can be

There are a lot of words I don't understand( Note I am a senior citizen)

Ease of use on the admin side. Still being built out, though this is also a con. Electronic giving is up substantially since we brought Realm into the congregation.

The program is still being built out, though this is also a plus. There are some features missing that we wish were there, such as improved calendaring/scheduling.

Realm helps us keep track of people and their offerings in an accurate manner. I use it for entering offerings and printing annual contribution reports. I also especially like the customer support that comes with the software: always helpful and gracious.

If there is anything I don't like about the software, it's that there is more software than we need. It's set up for some kind of megachurch with child care check-ins, group management, etc, and those are not functions we use.

The dashboard and pathways functions. Dashboard allows me to see statistics at a quick glance. Pathways allows us to streamline and view processes and procedures.

Waiting for new functionality to become available.

It saves me so much time, and it is generally easy to use. With the exception of one person (female) who didn't seem to want to be working the help line and told me to do something very complicated that I knew was not correct, everyone has been very helpful.

1)There are no written directions that I can access for things I haven't done in a while. For example - the yearly statements I generate for taxes. I only do those in January. 2) I also would like to be able to remove names from the general list when a person dies or moves away. From what I've been told, there is no way to do this. They must be moved onto some other list via a complicated system.

Realm is great for reporting and really knowing what our congregation is involved in. I query down to exactly what I need to help my pastors focus on various paths for teaching or other things.

The accounting platform especially for multi campus is not where we need it to be. We have many different groups that look at it from a finance team to the ministry coordinator. Each one needs to see a different level of financial information. This is not currently available.

How user-friendly it is and how everything for our church from finances to membership is under one umbrella.

It can move very slowly at times which can be very frustrating.

First, it was a really switchover from their previous software. Second, it was amazing for us when COVID hit.

There were limited role management options when it came to giving permissions to Church attenders. I do think it worked good otherwise.

The ease of use! The software provides most of what we need in a church office. The company is developing updates and additions to the software that will greatly enhance the product.

That payroll has not been implemented yet and that the drop down feature is not available on financial reports.

The software creators have developed a product that is very simple and easy to use. I am excited that donors see their own records.

It is catered to the contributors-so we are not able to have many features that we had on ACS people module-especially when dealing with non cash contributions

We love the features of entering individuals, families, groups and being able to print rosters.

The inability to keep and maintain business meeting minutes in OnRealm and be able to search them. Also, every time there is a change in reports, we have to go in and redo a majority of our reports because the format changes and extra unwanted columns appear.

It's at least an attempt to unify the communication in a church environment.

Extremely difficult to navigate. Lots of missing functionality. Difficult to manage news feeds. Software sometimes sends out emails without notice or options when editing an item. One bug will even send the emails with old info prior to an edit. Documentation was almost useless. Extremely difficult to figure out how to get a task done. Something as simple as signing up for a small group is too buried for most users to locate, so everyone ends up contacting the group leader, asking to be signed up.

Easy Access to program. Easy to put in congregation names. Love using the giving as well as attendance.

Sometimes it is hard to know how to set up somewhere when you need to get a report. I do not like the overall setting of putting in Family members and children. Sometimes it is hard to merge the people together. I eventually figure it out.

There is not enough room to address what I love most about this soft ware!

I wish the reports had more options and easier to create maybe it is just the administrator (myself) that needs more training. :)

a few features are a little difficult to find or setup, but their customer support is very helpful in those cases.

Functionality and the great fields to enter member and guest info. I've enjoyed using the pathways feature as well.

The cost is high for what we are using it for. We've had issues with the children's check in, especially when children go to various places during the Sunday school hour.

I have used Realm for only a short time but used ACS Technologies before joining the Realm Team. I'm sold on this software. The list of what it will do is endless. Right now I'm still challenged to do everything I want to do but I have no doubt when I have a few more months under my belt that I will be thoroughly familiar with what is available and the best way to use this. They also have a Realm University that makes available extra training. Thanks Realm!

Nothing against Realm, it just takes time to learn everything and it doesn't happen over night.

We love the profiles and the way that there is a holistic approach to collecting data and using it for practical ministry.

We have run into issues with our check-in and marking attendance. This can be very embarrassing when checking in childrens ministries.

Convenience, up to date, sophisticated, the best program out there! This program is much better than ones used in the past. No information is lost, updates are regularly scheduled, and I couldn't be happier about the reporting function.

The only con, I would like to be able to search for a specific check #, this additional option would save me a lot of time and frustration.

Everything is tied together. I don't have to enter the financial information when people give through Realm.

It's not easy to create labels just for something easy -you have to create a group first; it changes my addresses in vendors that no one seems to know why.

The cost of Realm is a definite factor. I like that it's the same as ACS, which I've used since 1998.

My one dislike about Realm is that deposits can't be made to expense accounts on the Chart of Accounts, which I was able to do in OnDemand Accounting.
