EVERY time i call for assistance EVERY person i speak with is super friendly, helpful and always helps me find a resolution (and the product is sooooo good I really don't have to call in that often!).
I am new to this position however the people who use Servant Keeper here are very happy with the software. The best part was the help I received for installation.
What we have used has been very good and now that we are up and running (thanks to your WONDERFUL tech support), I'm sure that we will be very pleased.
Pros
Ve used Anedot with two political campaigns and have found that donors enjoy the security and ease in donating and I can track it all seamlessly.
The customer support is phenomenal, the built in tools are excellent, and we could not be more thrilled with Anedot.
Anedot has a better close rate than the competing donation processors we have used. Also like that they are constantly improving the product and adding new features.
Cons
I understand that whoever is going to respond to this complaint had absolutely nothing to do with initiating this policy. I do feel sorry for them, however, in having to defend such a horrible policy.
They never get impatient with me no matter how confused I may be as to what to do. They are very clear in their instructions and can talk me through whatever mess I have made.
I have had very few problems with their software but when I did, the customer service was able to give me the information I need to solve the problem.
Cons
As a developer, I was severely disappointed with the poor developer documentation along with their lack-luster API.
There are other platforms out there, but when you add up all the piece-meal costs, or the loss of time when you have to manually go up to get and/or transfer info, Anedot beats them all.
There are few issues people can complain about Anedot.
