Pros

The support has always been outstanding -- every individual I've worked with is friendly and super helpful. And the crowdsourced support (online) gets good answers to your questions too.
This is still a good software for the church wanting to connect with its members more frequently. We love the ability to track leadership encounters with our membership.
We previously used Shelby V. Both products have a great deal of advantages in our congregational needs. ShelbyNext seems to be more user friendly that Shelby V.

Pros

The customer support was wonderful and the resources they give are wonderful. They can make customizable apps you can create.
Pushpay is seamless and the Customer Support is amazing, quick and Knowledgeable.
PushPay has a great support team that wishes for you to succeed.

Cons

There is no alert given if there is a problem on a background check. There is no way to indicate family relationships such as grandmother, siblings, nieces, nephew, etc.
We've had several instances where when problems arose, customer service reps were just as perplexed with the issue.
No back arrow to look at the previous transaction entered. If you are entering a list of manual checks and need to add a vendor all of the previous info entered (date, check number etc) is lost.

Cons

We inform them “a contract that you have breached by the contract, we are moving on. After 3 months and $2400 the only thing we received from PushPay is lies and incompetence.
When we spoke with the Sales Reps boss we discovered he had no idea who we were or the issues we were having (i.e. the Sales Rep lied).
I dislike that it doesn’t integrate with Planner, which we use to coordinate all of our church teams.
