Our major concern is that we are not able to send a text of more then 60 words. This renders it useless in most of our announcements.

I haven't figured out how to select multiple groups at one time when drafting an email or text or how to attach an item.

Ease of use. The only "con" would be the length of characters (key strokes) available (160) to write SMS messages. Possibly, if it could be extended a little higher, maybe to 200 key strokes. Other than that. I enjoy using the product. Thank you

Once you do the original setup (and they template most of that for you) it does it all. I have to remind myself its working for me all week long. And I am a new-bee at this. Make sure you keep a human touch in this process though. Its so easy to let this system do all the work for you. But your mind will explode with endless possibilities when you really get into it

TextInChurch has been a lifesaver for our Chr1st Fellowship. In a day and age where everything tends to vie for our attention it is reassuring to know that with TextInChurch we have a means by which we can contact our Church membership, men's/women's groups, leadership team, etc... with important information. Text in Church is an easy way for me to follow up with church guests in a personal way. They are definitely committed to customer service and are alway ready with a quick response to help whenever I need it. I can do in 5 minutes what would take several hours without Text in Church, and it also allows people to respond back to me, a feature that I love!

I really like the platform and the versatility of what can be done. I really like that it goes on auto pilot for you. It has really relieved a lot of our follow up stress. I do wish that once a message is read that it would show as read. The dashboard keeps telling me a message needs to be read until I reply to it. Some messages don't warrant a reply.

Text In Church has been a huge upgrade to our follow-up program at our church. It allows us to reach out to young families in ways that we never thought possible before. We have seen almost immediate results and a lot of positive feedback already! Their customer service is next to none as well! Text in Church has been a great blessing to our church!

Text in Church is an amazing system with phenomenal customer service that helps our church administrative team stay in touch with our members and those that connect with us. It is user friendly, easy to navigate, and they are always making updates to increase the value of the platform. Thank you Text in Church for helping our small church grow!

We've been using Text In Church for 7 months and are very happy with the results. The automated follow-up system is excellent, but it is complimented by a number of great ideas for introducing yourself and your church to visitors. I find great value in the training videos and in the ideas on how to contact and connect with guests.

I wish there was a way that I could pay for more of what I need and use more of opposed to paying for what I don't use as much. We are a small but growing church, and its quicker and easier to send text messages rather then emails. Once you run out of text messages...that's it. Not enough text messages for the smallest package.

Overall I like the product and I will continue to use it for now.

We are finding several creative uses for this program, in addition to its intended use of following up with 1st time attendees. Their training and customer service go above and beyond. I haven't come up with a question yet that they aren't ready, willing, and able to deal with in short order. Keep up the great work, guys!

The idea in and of itself is stellar, but TextInChurch has gone above and beyond. The best part is that it doesn't seem like they are simply content with what they have. It's always up for improvements. Giving that impression was important to us! This technology is truly gonna make a difference in our church!!

The software has been really great with keeping our members in the loop. It hasn't been as effective for our community with new people. We also have a spanish speaking community and the texts come in broken when done is Spanish. Overall, though, it has been quite useful. I'll be happy when there is an app.

Great success. Many churches use this for quick polls, capturing visitor information, sending event items, etc. Would recommend.

I don't use all that I can with this software, which I intend to change in the upcoming month. This software makes contacting guests so much easier: sending texts, e-mails, reminders, downloading information and more. What I would like to see the program do is keep a record of attendance for guests.

Text in church allows me to get information out quickly, in a manner that is easy to use, but best of all in a way that most people respond to immediately! No more annoying phone calls or dismissed emails - everyone checks their texts. We're able to keep everyone up to date on what's happening here.

We have been using Text In Church for over a year and there is nothing but great things about it! It is easy to use for both administrators as well as people "signing up". The best mass communication texting tool we have found. The only thing that would make this resource better would be an app.

Text In Church makes it much easier to connect with 1st time guests as well as communicate effectively with our volunteer team whenever we need to get information from them. And whenever a software issue or any issue arises, the staff of Text In Church are very efficient in handling the problem.
