The sign up process was super simple and I love that there are so many easy ways to donate!
The addition of the Square app could allow for added ways to donate.

I enjoy using this product and it gives me the versatility to donate when I need to.
I love the convenience that this software offered to me. The ability to travel and give when I am not in service AND the ability to give as soon as the money is available.

Integration with our church management system (Elvanto)! End user experience is easy Easy to integrate into our website Customer support has been responsive when we've had issues
The admin dashboard is a little tough navigate (learning curve). Customization options could be better

I use tithely for my church fundraising. It makes it very easy for people to donate electronically rather than send checks in the mail.
I would like to for it to have a better marketing platform. Its not as easy to "spread the word" as other platforms.

Over all very good. I have implemented it at 2 small churches and would recommend it again. I have implemented 2 other online giving tools. Tithely is my top recommendation for a small church that is hesitant about the e-giving concept.
Inexpensive and minimal risk solution for a small church that may be skeptical about e-giving. Simple and very fast to implement. The mobile app is great. There are no base fees, and no contract.
The length of time is takes for the church to receive the money donated. It takes 2-3 days for credit/debit transactions and 1 week for bank transactions.

My overall experience has been good with this website I hope it continues to be secure and safe site for people to use.
I love this software. I use it often to pay my tithe to our church. I use it if I forgot cash or checkbook. It is very secure. They give you the option to donate a little bit more cover the cost of the processing fee so your church gets the full tithe
I can’t think of anything negative at this point, it is a great website to go to and it is very handy.

The program allows users to donate to whatever church they want and define the specific target of the donations (tithe, youth group missions trip, church adult ministry, etc.). It also enables users to schedule payments. For example, if someone wants to give a specific amount every week, the app makes it extremely easy to do so.
Unfortunately, there is a processing fee. However, this is expected because the service needs to make a profit. However, the app allows users to choose if they want to pay the processing fee or let the church do it. Also, it is impossible to complete the full transaction directly through the app. It directs you to a browser.

Tithe.ly is a great app for any size of church. When you setup the account as administrator, you have the opportunity to create different sub-accounts so that allow the people to decide in what ministry want to cooperate beside the tithe. I like the opportunity that the app brings to create a kiosk, so people that has installed yet the app can donate only getting in touch with one of the usher that have an iPad, tablet phone or computer. Also if the church is having a conference outside the facility,brings the opportunity to others to give donations without downloading the app. We use the kiosk when we selling lunch or other church product and that helps us a lot.
A friendly app that allows give tithe thru the cell phone for church and also different ministry inside the church.
I don't have any complaint about the app.
