Txt2Give was incredibly easy to set up; the reporting feature gives us everything we need; and the customer service is beyond exceptional!

It’s easy to use, even for someone who’s not very computer savvy.

Fees could be reduced a little. I may need to chose a different program within the company.

The ability to have a dedicated number for our organization that enables church members to give anytime anywhere.

Would like more customizable features in the online dashboard for reviewing history. Cutting a step in the texting process of giving would also make it easier for older givers.

Some of the steps are optional, and they can help you streamline it. Also, know that a new Dashboard is coming this year that will be a huge improvement over the current one. Stay tuned!

I like the online access to list and print out whatever date ranges I need or to check the status of payments. The online chat is very handy. The weekly email summary is handy too.

Provides a low cost and easy way to set up a text to donate system

Ui is a bit clunky, it is sometimes difficult to see how to do necessary tasks like setting up a new gateway.

It is easy to work. I have worked with them for my church offering software and they are very kind.

It doesnt have the greatest module online website.

Txt2Give removes one of the barriers that prevents people from giving when given the chance. Easily worth the fee!

It'd be nice if the fee was a little lower, but it's still worth it.

Txt2Give has been very effective for our constituents' use and has been very easy for folks to get used to. As well, the fact that it automatically sends a thank you email that includes their notice of tax deductibility is a big help.

I think the UI on the admin side is quite outdated and not always clear at times where to go when you need to accomplish something specific.

Set up and deployment were very easy and quick to do.

We are new to using Txt2Give and I don't have any cons at this time.

The ability to give anytime and anywhere! Also the fact that you can setup a reoccurring gift. People also love the emoji's

Every once in awhile the software doesn't response right away and then sends multiple messages at once. We only have encountered one error message that I was aware of

Thanks for the review, Carlton! The delay you're speaking of is likely a cell phone carrier issue. We don't have control over that side of things. Happy to look into any specific instances for you, though!

I love how easy it is to use. I've had no complaints from donors. I also appreciate that a donor only has to enter their credit card info once. That's very convenient for recurring donations.

I can't think of anything at this time. It really is easy and convenient . Customer support is great too.

I love that it integrates with Fellowship One, and that it's pretty easy to configure. I love that the sign up process for donors is easy and 1 time.

For some reason the website won't load on my preferred browser (Firefox). Whenever I log in I have to switch to Chrome. Probably an issue that I could fix if I spent some time clearing my cache/cookies, etc, but still kind of annoying.

It's simplicity of use. Texting is the most convenient, quick, and easy way to communicate with each other. Being able to give to use text messaging as a method of giving, in a way that is simple to use, is wonderful.

I like the software a lot. I do wish that donors who use PayPal did not have to do the extra step of being re-routed to the PayPal site and taking the extra steps needed to give. But overall, the process is very simple and fast.

Thanks for the review, Autumn! I'm glad you see Txt2Give as the most quick and convenient way for your donors. As for donors giving with their PayPal account, unfortunately sending them to PayPal's interface to complete the donation is the only way. PayPal controls that part.

The platform was easy to use and navigate. Gave great information. The ease of creating reports made it easy to pass off to our financial team to receipt and contact those who have donations.

We didn't like the fact that you had to text one number to initiate but received a reply from another number. There was some confusion from users with this process.

I wonder about the price, but then again when I shop for comparable products, the price seems quite reasonable.

Very simple to set up and use. Once the user inputs their initial data to create an account, giving is a simple text... that's it! Reports are able to be used with our current church software for ease of reporting and records.

There's not much to dislike about this software ... I think the random phone number is the only thing I dislike.

Txt2Give is easy to use on both sides -- as the admin and the donor. Does one thing but it does it well.

I can't pinpoint anything I dislike about this product. Haven't been using it long, but I'm pleased so far.

With their easy to use software we can present something that allows our people to give freely at any time quickly without interruption or need for paper/checks/cash

Sometimes their support could work but they are working on what is already getting better in terms of response.

The simple tracking and ease of automating processes makes my life easier. I no longer have to do 3-5 steps of processing payment on one site and reconciling with another 2 databases and accounts. It is all set up to be smooth.

Being able to see who gave and for what purpose. Also, the calculation and percentages are very helpful.

There isn’t any at this time as we are still learning how to use it.
