Web Church Connect is an online church management system and member database, designed to assist users in managing members, groups, volunteers, events, contributions, attendance, and scheduling within the day-to-day running of their church.

Web Church Connect allows users to set their own terminology preferences for use in their church, which are used throughout the database - such as using ‘contributions’ rather than ‘donations’, or ‘guests’ instead of ‘visitors’.

Web Church Connect’s member profiles incorporate both individual and family information, including member contact details, which groups members are part of, their skills and interests, giving history, volunteering record, and more. Members can log in to view and update their own information, reducing the need for staff to manage member details.

Web Church Connect enables users to create and manage church events, from booking facilities, to scheduling volunteers, and checking members in at the event itself. Invites are emailed out to members, who can respond from any device or through the Web Church Connect app, and responses are reported to users in real time. Volunteers can be split into teams and rostered, with automated reminders sent out before they are due to serve, and can check into events, allowing users to track their attendance.
