An amazing product with great customer support always willing to help. Cannot recommend this enough as it has provided an overall great user experience.
This is hard to say, because I am sure that anything I am struggling with is user error, and not likely the software.
We were very happy with the ability to upload our previously accumulated data through the import tools. Self Help documents are thorough and the Support team are responsive, clear and concise.
The worst I have every experience with software company's.
Keela is a mid-range platform that is relatively easy to use, with many useful features and a commitment to continuous improvement that is second-to-none.
And there's something else: They (the entire team) seem to have such a customer service orientation that they LISTEN. And they aren't afraid to admit that something needs to change.
And the Contact Insights feature that identifies a donor's gift potential and suggests a gift range is simply brilliant.
The only feature missing is a built-in events platform however, EventBrite integrates with Keela. We did not find any other software that offered all the functionality in one place.
Love it so far and excited to continue integrating it into our regular workflows.

It is everything we were looking for, and it doesn't cost us an arm and a leg. It integrates onto our Wordpress website wonderfully, and our donors love it too.
For us it's very, set it and forget it. It's there when we push the link out to our base and in the background when we don't.
We really like the API with Double the donation for matching gifts. The most helpful thing about GiveButter is the ease of implementation.
Sometimes it was hard to coordinate when there are multiple fundraiser pages for one campaign.
The website is clean, modern, and beautiful looking. We love the ease at which people can sign up and donate on Givebutter.
We would instead prefer to have a flat platform fee, but realize this probably means they would make less money. Also, the integration with our CRM was limited in terms of what data migrated where.
Love that it is easy to use for admins and donors. The Givebutter team is so open to feedback and makes frequent updates that help us fulfill our need better.
Essentially, if you leave the Tip feature on then at checkout it provides the donor with the option to also tip Givebutter.

It's a user friendly service with great customer care, wonderful service if u have a small business.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from the company that is supposed to have your books.
Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.
The problem is that doing your own taxes online becomes risky the more you have to account for.
We love that it helps us streamline efforts, is easy to use, and is easy to train others on. QuickBooks Online has definitely been one of the best technology pieces of our administration.
Other than tracking my expenditures, the whole system is a pain. Error messages constantly received because "there's a message from your bank" bla bla bla.
This software has a lot of great features, the best of them all is the ability to import data from.
They have the among the worst support I have ever dealt with.
Quickbooks Online has a lot of wonderful features that are super easy to use and deploy in the office. A lot of time is saved with repetitive tasks that eat up a already busy day.
Love that it is cloud-based and can login from anywhere. I love that myself and my team can all be working in the same company file at the same time from wherever we are.

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.
The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.
Their customer support is very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues with software use.
They are always pleased with the quality, and the speed with which I am able to put the forms together for them.
It has a lot of great features, and allows nearly limitless customization options that really help your forms look professional. JotForm is one of my favorite pieces of business software.

SignUp Genius is incredibly easy to use and so effective. Even the free version is incredibly powerful and seamless to integrate.
It's not that there's anything wrong, or missing from this software, but more that it's not exactly an essential, or needed tool.
SignUpGenius has been great for helping us schedule things such as performance reviews and interviews so that they can pick the time slots that work best for them.
The ad-supported version is a bit dated-looking--the templates are all fairly "blah" with an aesthetic highly reminiscent of the 2000s (poor spacing, minimal attention to design).
SignUpGenius is a phenomenal tool with countless uses. The free version is excellent in and of itself but the premium version offers great options and is very affordable too.
Sometimes this program is difficult to use and navigate. It is a bit confusing until you understand how it works.
Overall I really liked signupgenius. It was super easy to use from my phone or from my laptop and I was able to use this software many times effectively to help me plan events and organize.
Creating a SignUp Genius form can be very annoying and difficult.
I had been searching for a tool like this for a while and was happy to have found such a simple way to accomplish what I need to.
This software has saved so much time for those of us who do any form of event planning. Organizing potlucks, or holiday celebrations, or employee appreciation events is so easy with this platform.
It is very user friendly and we find it very useful tool when it comes to events, parties and so on. The layout is nice and very easy to navigate.
What I like most is that most people are familiar with Sign up Genius and are therefore more likely to use it. Super easy to use and change is needed.
At my school environment we used sign up genius to sign up for shifts to do our Covid tests and it was easy to open up time slots and have teachers sign up for the time that best suited them.
It is fairly easy to use and low/no cost. It is good for scheduling events with individual times which is particularly helpful during Covid.
This software is well known in my community which is why we decided to use it. The overall quality for price is fine too.
Free of cost and simple to use. It is also having very good user interface where any one can easily understand the set up.

If you use the legacy system, not only are you wasting your time learning a system that will be eliminated, but your events will disappear after the change as they can't be transferred.
You can make your registration event pages quite robust with information- that is probably the best PRO of the software. It is also great that it is Cloud-based like all software should be these days.
Poor communications with management, no intentions to resolve customer concerns or address complaints.
Flex is a great addition to the product - super easy to use and aesthetically pleasing.
Limited capabilities in e-marketing (no A/B testing, no series/time-based emails, no way for subscribers to change frequency of emails - you're either subscribed or opted out).
It includes abstract management, website development, and the awesome option to copy and paste meetings that have been created, like a template.

The only thing I did not like is that I did not get notified when someone purchased something through the website in real time, I was able to obtain a report however, but I would say that is a flaw.
Overall, experience was great. They worked with us and were eager to help our event be a success and wanted to be part of that.

Their product & services are superb. The Connecteam platform has been a perfect addition to our small business that is headed for a rapid growth.
My only complaint as of right now is the reliability of the GPS coordinates, which is something I was just told will no longer be a problem with the new update that's soon to release.
They are also willing to listen to ideas that would make this software better. They have been improving this app dramatically and I thank them for their continued effort in doing so.
Unless like competitors we also KNOW what we pay for and no ridiculous add-on costs coming on afterwards.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.

We have been using Donorbox as the donation page for our website since we launched the site. We love the software so much its been such a huge help to us.
I struggled a bit to set up my payment method.
I can’t imagine how we would have raised the funds we have and had the opportunities that have been created for us without DonorBox. It’s without doubt the best donation software for charities.
The boundaries between Donorbox and Stripe weren't clearly defined to me. The fee structure (Stripe and Donorbox) was not very clear in the end - what the rates were and who charged what.
We loved giving donors the ability to login to recurring gift management. It also allows donor to cover processing fees (and they use it if it's there!).
If you are not technologically proficient it can be a little intimidating.
Donorbox was extremely use to use for all of our staff, and was great at enhancing our donation revenue.
The design of the home landing page didn't scream 'quality' to me, but once I signed up I realized I was wrong. This is a very professional group.
The customer service is terrific, the software is easy to use, and the pricing scales as the organization grows.
It is very easy to setup and for our parishioners to use. Donorbox customer service is also awesome.
The interface is elegant and modern, without being too clever. It's easy for us to set up and even easier for our contributors to use.
I appreciate that I can log in easily to check on donor accounts. The setup is user friendly and easy to make changes to.
Donorbox was a great initial software that our non-profit used as we started. It was cheap, straightforward, and easy to integrate with out website.

It is a great technical tool that reaches all areas of knowledge. The customer care team were a huge help and they reach out to individuals.
The first two seasons were chaotic featuring many arguments, missed payments and feelings hurt. For a second, I didn't believe that our league would last and then a friend told me about MemberPlanet.
He is always available, always helpful and very supportive. We are very happy with the company and the convenience of having all of our communications and finances handled through one entity.

If you're looking for a platform that is user friendly, as well as effective, Member Planet is perfect. You can also try it for free.

The people at Eleo are kind, friendly and super helpful and supportive. Eleo has saved me thousands of dollars a year and has helped me raise even more than they have saved me.
Label function is limited. And I had issues with missing information when did my first download.
We love being able to make notes about donors to help us remember relationships and other crucial bits of information. But the best thing is the Customer Service.
There has been only one instance where I found it difficult to organize a list.
Customer service is great - migration from other systems is easier than expected and price is great. I would recommend this software to any nonprofit.
This program can be difficult to navigate if the user is not trained properly.
We especially like the customizable webforms (contact, donation) that easily integrate into the databases. We seamlessly correlated our Braintree and MailChimp accounts with Eleo.
I am not involved in day-to-day use of the software although I have received no negative feedback from those staff members that work directly in the system.
The integrations to Constant Contact, Stripe and QuickBooks were essential for us. Their support is outstanding.
The support team at Eleo is the best in the business and this is a main reason why I recommend the software.

The people at Eleo are kind, friendly and super helpful and supportive. Eleo has saved me thousands of dollars a year and has helped me raise even more than they have saved me.
Label function is limited. And I had issues with missing information when did my first download.
We love being able to make notes about donors to help us remember relationships and other crucial bits of information. But the best thing is the Customer Service.
There has been only one instance where I found it difficult to organize a list.
Customer service is great - migration from other systems is easier than expected and price is great. I would recommend this software to any nonprofit.
This program can be difficult to navigate if the user is not trained properly.
We especially like the customizable webforms (contact, donation) that easily integrate into the databases. We seamlessly correlated our Braintree and MailChimp accounts with Eleo.
I am not involved in day-to-day use of the software although I have received no negative feedback from those staff members that work directly in the system.
The integrations to Constant Contact, Stripe and QuickBooks were essential for us. Their support is outstanding.
The support team at Eleo is the best in the business and this is a main reason why I recommend the software.
I love that we can easily track contacts, gifts, and volunteer information all in one place. Also, it is helpful for related events to promote our cause.

Besides this glitch and a slight head ache with informing my donors (and losing some donations) I would definitely refer others to use continue to give.
It has improved our ability to promote online giving for our non profit and the overall customer support has been good.
My biggest problem is when the report says an ACH donation has failed when it has in fact gone through.
I haven't been using Continue to give for long but it has been great for what I need. I love that can choose when I receive the donation money.

FN has been a miracle resource for our church in this season of COVID19. It is amazing how much more we are connected with families even in this time of Social Distancing.
We don’t use Flocknote every month, but would have to pay for it even if we didn’t send out message. Therefore, we have to export and delete all our members to avoid being charged.
This software is a robust communication tool with an easy interface; excellent tools, great organization, effective tutorials, and superior customer service.
The icons are somewhat confusing. What they mean and where they are located.
Love the fact that I know you opened the communication and who did not open their communication. It is very helpful to know that.
I know this is user error, but feel that the try should be an actual try.
Compared to other commercial/corporate tools, it is far better suited to our needs and significantly less expensive. Customer service is rapid and very helpful.
It is too difficult to find someone, add a Note and send it to them.
I also like that you can give admin rights to people to create messages for certain groups without having them become a “super admin.

After doing our research on many types of scheduling software, we have found that Sling best fit our needs through value, functionality, and amazing support.
Sling seemed to have constant problems loading, or randomly needing to reload, and then having troubles doing so.
I must say, I do wonder how long it will remain free. It's a great product and certainly deserving of a monthly cost affordable to small business as well as large corporations.
My personal feelings after having to pay such high prices for cable channels on the market we just had to drop them. Someone told us about sling and to try it.
Being able to use the integrated time clock is also a great feature. There are just so many feature and customizations that it would be an asset for any type of business at any size.
Sometimes to the shows wont work or keep loading. They wont play or keep glitching it says a error has occurred to try later.
Thank you Sling for generously offering such a great app.
For the desktop version, please improve the update to the current date function. I have to refresh multiple times to remove the 404 error and it can be annoying.
We will stick with sling for a long time. And to enjoy all the channels for cheap prices and affordable.

The only minor negative I have is that I don't think you can customize what fields to bring across when you download your banking transactions.

The main downside to the software was the migration of prior year's data into it. Although I have to say that the MoneyMinder team helped me through it.

I loved that the customer support was friendly and helpful. Also, the online layout of the auction was clear and simple.
There were some technical issues with customers logging in, but I think that either user error or our own error in not explaining clearly.
The customer service is outstanding. I like the site, it's easy to use on my end and customers end but having good customer service is a massive selling point for me.
Bidder sign up was confusing for some and kept throwing people out of the site.
Very helpful to walk through all the set-up steps to ensure we had everything correct before launching. Plus they've also been really quick to help me and my bidders when we needed help.
Fund-A-Need was hard to find for bidders. I think we could've raised more money on Fund-A-Need had those items been more prominently displayed or found.
We liked how easy it was to enter the the Bidding Item, the Donor and the bidding specifics, such as Market Value, Start and Bidding increments. We also like the ease of updating these details.
A lot of individuals looking to bid on items had trouble figuring out how to do so.
The need to find an alternative way to auction off some items and give us a little cash led us to this platform. It has been an easy and effective platform and technical support is wonderful.
Easy to close out the items and locate shipping information for winning bidders. Connects with PayPal for easy and quick payment.

The only downside for the software is that there is a fee for card services. As a user, you have the option to pay this fee so that the church doesn't incur those costs.
Kindrid is very user friendly and offers a great interface for the end user which can be very appealing for the organization.
We really miss the addresses of the new contributors.
I love working with Kindrid they have a great product and the best customer service out there.
Difficult transition on the back end and seems we are consistently having issues on processing.
Finally, I would say that their customer service has been fantastic during the one or two times that we've needed their help. I highly recommend this organization.
