Pros

Overall, it's fair to say that Abas ERP has been a significant contributor to the success of our business, and I strongly recommend it to the SMB manufacturing community.
Working with ABAS through the install and continued support I have to say the feeling that we are part of the "family" is what I like best about this vendor.
The ability of creating your own interfaces, assigning of group of people to your company is really best and of great ability.

Pros

Also, the support team is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful anytime I have questions on how to better our system.
Contact Global Shop Solutions they are the best. The support is great and they continually improve the product and the updates are easy to install.
This is a great solution for medium size companies who want to have a customized solution. Stay up with the upgrades, and understand that you will need dedicated resources to work within the system.

Cons

The biggest inconvenience I have found in this software is the inability to easily make corrections. Once there is an error posted, it has to go through a process to make it right.
Unacceptable in a fast paced environment. We have encountered countless errors with a system that is vanilla ABAS as they say.
I think that we even had new colleagues getting so frustrated because of constant complains from the "old crew" that they never managed to integrate into the team and finally gave up / quit the job.

Cons

Most all of the program. If you have a problem in one module, it can affect all the others and make your life miserable.
Some aspects of the system can be complicated. Needs more tools to flush out problems created by users not using the system correctly (garbage in garbage out).
Many Error codes that need a hotfixes or cannot be fixed. These are the basic cons, the extended list of error codes, and hotfixes are very long and daily.
