Pros

And if you already have a solution, Acumatica's robust API makes integration very easy, it has very good integations with other software.
Acumatica has a built in CRM that helps to integrate the sales and operations process to finance. It's really helpful to have the financials easily available for each sales opportunity.
Easy for end users to use. Does have it's in wiki which is useful when searching for help on certain topics.

Pros

It's like having a super cool tool that helps me do lots of work stuff without getting mixed up. It's really easy to use, like playing a fun game on my computer where I always know what to do next.
Overall, AccountMate is an excellent program and is a great choice for all accountants.
There are plenty of online videos and fact sheets to help with training on the different modules. The customer service is fantastic.

Cons

Sometimes it will produce a MoveNext error. Also, I have lost the written descriptions that I had written in a particular time slot because of data corruption.
As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights.
Bank matching can be a little off, and is hard to tweak.

Cons

Worst experience ever with software and Reseller.
I have yet to find anything difficult or inefficient within the modules that we use (GL, AR, AP, BR).
Limited dashboards for charting, shortcuts are lacking, no process flowcharts.

Account Mate software best product ever

Is the most customizable accounting system. No business works the same. Account Mate is for all of them grace of sources with the same cost like the module they are for. I think clients when they buy do not know the cost to modify SAP or Acumatica or Microsoft ... Their support comes after one week. The business owners stop production ? In the Account Mate case the support is delivering the next business day the entire year 24 hours/day !!!!!

Pros

Customizable like a glove for your business at not astronomic price. Do somebody knows how much costs to add Sku # to SAP or Acumatica or Microsoft ? I will not even think to change Serial # from 10 char to 20 char.
