Flexible ERP tool for companies committed to using QuickBooks

For a new employee, this super userfriendly software is ideal! 

This software is very easy to use but features and functionality should be updated.

Like many ERP systems, it has been overhyped and falls short of expectations. We initially implemented it alongside QuickBooks 2022. Interestingly, QuickBooks 2023 and subsequently QuickBooks 2024 have incorporated nearly all the features and functionalities that initially prompted us to integrate FishBowl. With the enhanced capabilities of QuickBooks 2024 and the shift towards cloud-based solutions, it's doubtful that FishBowl will sustain its business for more than a few years.

Will Fishbowl Survive in the coming years?

Not only did Fishbowl fail to provide adequate communication during the entire process, but they also refused to give me a refund. It's outrageous that they charge such exorbitant fees for subpar service. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs and switching to Netsuite instead.

If anyone is considering switching to Netsuite, please reach out to me. I will do everything in my power to help others avoid the mistake I made by signing up with Fishbowl. Shame on this company for their unethical practices and shame on [sensitive content hidden] for being a liar and thief. Stay away from him at all costs if you want any chance of success with Fishbowl.

Less training because our staff learned it quickly; less cost related to a whole new ERP system. Less time training because we are still using QBooks for our non-manufacturing needs. 

The software is so easy to learn and use; I cannot imagine another software as user friendly as FB

I've implemented about five ERP/MRP systems and this was the easiest of them all. Our team has picked up on it quickly and likes to use it. Very user friendly.

From a usability standpoint, FishBowl is very competitive. What it lacks in a 'complete solution', it makes up for in custom report writing, and software flexibility.

It provides more than enough capability for small & medium size manufactures & distributers with fraction of cost of regular ERP. If you are QB users and you have inventory, order or purchase management, this is what you need. 

Great Extension for QB userrs

Used a few different versions of this at different companies. It is one of the more straight-forward ERP systems out there. The functionality and customization is low, but still has everything the next tier up has. 

Quick Start-up

We migrated from an ERP software to Fishbowl and have found the software easy to use for our day to day operations.  We did have some customizations but overall the implementation process was very simple to get through.

It is a great inventory management system for small-medium sized companies, especially ones that don't have a ton of SKU's and have fairly simple reporting requirements.  We have outgrown it and need an ERP, but that is to be expected :)

We paid Fishbowl $12000, for an ERP system.  They never deliver anything. Our integration specialist kept charging. The service we signed for was never installed, and they refused to give us a refund. We are in the process to hire an attorney to get our money back. This company is a scam, and I dont recomend it to anyone.
