Having a native cloud based software is an advantage.

CRM is terrible and requires significant user input to generate important data. Manufacturing module is sold as robust but lacks several key features. Software requires significant "customization" to be impactful, user must verify that "customization" still works after every upgrade which is time consuming. Service Support module seems new and has required significant time to implement.

The system is very user friendly. Most of the screens have the ability to download to excel.

The financial reporting could be improved. We are using the Velixo add on which gives us much more flexibility.

The accounting software is very easy to use and has tremendous flexibility.

The accounting software has a short history to look back to.

I like this software because it's easy to use and accessible at all times. It's one of the best ERP software I know of and it's also easy to configure.

This software is really very obsolete because there are many new software that do better than it and its features because they have no improvement and it lacks many necessary features

The best thing of the software is its flexibility and scalability, which allows businesses to customise the software to fit their specific needs and grow with their business.

The drawback of Acumatica Cloud ERP is that it may have a steep learning curve for those who are new to ERP software.

We have been working to implement Acumatica for over 2 years with the initial phase of the rollout being 2 months old. While we have many bugs to work out in the software development, the initial impression is huge as our company grows larger. Compared to our previous ERP, Acumatica will allow us to venture further in reporting, manufacturing, accounting and other features.

Nothing against the software per say, however it can be very lengthy to develop into exactly what you want in an ERP. We've worked tirelessly with a consulting company to help us create the perfect software.

I like how it integrates nicely with our production software.

I havent found anything that I dont like.

What can't be configured can be customized to add new functionality or just adjust core functionality. This allows us to mold the ERP software around our business in contrast to so many other software solutions.

I really want a slice of inventory by valuation type. We use a suffix on our locations to get to where we need to be, but I'd like to be able to specify a single location for new, repair, broken, and any other classification we may want to make for a part and identify that the specific inventory is new, repair, broken, etc. From that, I should be able to pull a simple dashboard of how much inventory I have on hand that is new, repair, broken, etc. without having to use separate warehouses or locations.

The software is offered in three deployment options. The SaaS module works really well.

Acumatica is still missing more advanced reporting. Only minimal reporting is available in the solution.

Features and functionality of product were very good. Ease of use of the product and intuitive nature of the screen flow was good. Having solution in the cloud was a plus. Now we can remain current on software without a large scale upgrade project

As a non-profit it lacked in some functionality that we had to get from a 3rd party. That 3rd party solution was weak. Also, Acumatica does not implement their software. They rely on 3rd party integrators. The integrator we selected was highly rated by Acumatica, but we felt was weak and we struggled in our implementation. Our implementation was late and over budget.

Excelenet is a cheap software that helps and streamlines all internal operations of a company.

certain methods must be updated and optimized since the wait generates a bit of annoyance

Very robust, flexibility of software setup and the ability to download data into Excel or PDF files.

Reporting and getting to data can be problematic for neophyte users but for users with a reasonable amount of accounting and programming experience it is a dream come true.

The integration of business functions are the most useful components of Acumatica, bringing our finance and project management functions together. The software is easy to implement when working with a Acumatica Partner on the implementation process. To date all features we require have been found in Acumatica other than Payroll which is going live in Q4 2023.

In order to be able to provide the robust reporting and project tracking features it is important to enter information very accurately, the learning curve for new users can be steep.

Accounting is pretty developed, it's a full ERP, and as long as you "feed" the right information from your CRM/ Field units, everything works great together. You can sort and filter most list views which is very helpful if you are trying to find discrepancies.Basic reporting is available. The system is pretty reliable and rarely goes down.

Data storage is very old school, you have to upload files one by one and click to open them one by one to see what's there. No preview is available. Each file opens in a different window/tab, so it's pretty hard to look through a bunch of photos from field techs, for example. This software can be glitchy when it comes to upgrades and updates. The more you customize, the harder it gets. Hard to customize reports and forms on your own (if you aren't a developer).Lots of extra fields everywhere and removing/hiding them is very tedious

Acumatica has a learning curve, especially for users new to the software, which may require training and time to become proficient.

Many processes are streamlined and delivered with documentation and unique added features not normally provided by ERP vendors.

Some of the error messages are still being developed so they can be archaic at times. (not a lot).

The amount of data that can be tracked and dash boarded is great for all sorts of management needs

Overall theme would be ease of use. It is not a terribAculy intuitive software and takes quite a bit of time to learn how it works and how to navigate. The software takes quite a few clicks to navigate. Tech usage of the App has had reliability issues and quite "clicky" as well.

The software is very flexible and is based on .net. You can see the source code and modify any parts that you want.

You have to use a third party to implement it. Any support has to go through the vendor an hour. The consulting charges add up

That we are able to access it via cloud anywhere. This allows for use remotely without additional software downloads for our external users.

We have had to customize several aspects to achieve our daily processes. Our company is unique in how we receive and ship out inventory but do not manufacture items in our facility. Creative solutions were needed to take the standard out of the box reports and make them work for us.

The software is such that you can access it from anywhere making it very possible for office staff to work from home especially during this covid season.

It easy for a first timer to get lost in the midst of all these many functions. The interface makes it look a little bit complex. i think that is all i can say for now

The fact that this is all in the cloud makes it easy to use anywhere. You can use current processes and build on it and Acumatica also gives you background of what should be done easier, faster and automated.

One thing I am looking would like to into personally as I saw this with other users in our origination as well as a frustration. The start date to enquiries always defaults to start on the current month you are using the enquiry for. As mention I saw the issue and have it myself and will still have to look into fixing this but I am sure there is a way to fix this and believe it is not fixed and could be changed.

Acumatica has streamlined numerous processes for our company. It's integration to our other software, ability to upload and download data, and ease of functionality make it a key tool in our growth.

There is nothing we need from Acumatica that we are not currently getting.

its all in one it learn able it's improving fastly its easy to learn as a programmer to design reports

lots of fields in standard design you need to customize every second thing the move to the web addition is too expensive
