Pros

It is a good platform to use for its user friendly approach and all-in-one type of environment.
I appreciated that easy-to-use interface and the ability to quickly find information I was looking for.
ACE has very good collaborative functions. The features are an endless possibility.

Cons

Deviation writing should be more elaborate. Root cause analysis and risk assessment /impact analysis requires emphasis.
In the case of mistake during performing the test, the manual explanation was required to enter.
The forms were easy to fill out but difficult to go back and change once submitted.
