Easy to use, I can edit these PDFs, sign, and easily attach to a e-mail. I love it and highly recommended it especially since PDFS are common. Also, I can save my signature!!

Pros
Extremely cheap if you have the whole Adobe Creative Suite as I do. I love that I can just pull up any PDFs easily sign them and attached to an e-mail and done. Not only that I can also edit anything as I go. I used it weekly on my phone, tablet, and computer.

Cons
There isn't much cons. I do not know the pricing of the software individually. I have the creative suite and did not expect to use this as much as my other software's. I can not find any cons, easily the best.

Pros
Adobe sign is a great tool for getting multiple signatures on one document electronically. It's very easy to use and each party gets an email copy and can access and download their signed documents safely. Adobe sign really puts the user in control of the document and you can have different fill in options. It also sends reminders on who hasn't filled out the form yet.

Cons
What I like least about this software is the pricing. It's not as affordable. Also, reporting is very limited.

I would recommend. It is a cheap and effective tool to digitally sign and track douments.

Pros
It is an easy way to digitally sign and approve documents. It has an office signature and timestamp which tracks the document.

Cons
Like most Adobe products it is cumbersome to use. This is compared to other software products. Once you figure out the ins and outs it works well.

Currently? I'm leaving Adobe.

Pros
I loved that Adobe let me edit .pdf files easily and send them for signature easily, at an affordable price.

Cons
The new dashboard doesn't show who a form was sent to, and it doesn't show whether they signed it. Tracking is available only via email confirmations. Used to open the dashboard and see who signed (or didn't sign) forms that were sent. Now it is just a long list of form names that's unhelpful and worthless. Multiple calls to customer service were also unhelpful. Clear language barriers that ultimately results in being told to "request a new feature," when this feature was always present up until this update.

Overall great - easy to use and definitely makes it easy to sign documents remotely

Pros
What I like most about Adobe Sign is that it makes your life (esp. as an entrepreneur) much more easy. And that it's safe to use. Nowadays I would recommend it to anyone who is working as a freelances / entrepreneur or remotely.

Cons
Well, It's not about Adobe Sign itself but in general about Adobe - personally I think it shout be a little bit cheaper for hard users. And that the prices should differ within regions of the world, because the same 1$ in Aussie is something totally different then in Eastern Europe f.e.

Pros
The Document Cloud, and specifically Adobe Sign is a great product. We've tried a few other eSign providers, but Adobe had the most features. One of the features we really liked were the ability to create editable, sign-able forms that were hosted online and could be shared via a link.

Cons
It's not priced for small businesses when you can look at other solutions for a fraction of the price. It's great if you need the extra features, but if you're just collecting basic signatures, it's probably too expensive.

I use it for signing low value contracts or internal organisational agreements, however I have found it fiddly to use.

Pros
It's great in principle to sign documents electronically, beyond inserting jpgs of scribbled signatures, and I get the idea of having an electronic trail.

Cons
I found it very fiddly to use when more than one person needs to sign a document - the sharing of signatures feature is very complicated and I have struggled to use. it.

Adobe Sign: A Paperless and Easy Way to Sign Documents/Contracts

Used monthly for 2+ years
Reviewed 2021-09-16
Review Source: Capterra

Pros
Adobe Sign was used by my academic institution for most of the eight years I worked here. I like that it saved my signed documents and contracts on the cloud. It was easy to sign documents with one click and preserved signature I had saved. I think there were a few signature options and you could write your signature on the spot (if you prefer). While I never sent out documents using Adobe Sign, it seemed for me on the receiving end really easy and low on fuss. It is paperless. There are a lot of add-ons that can be controlled by the document creator. Adobe Sign is fairly cheap compared to similar products like Docu Sign. There are both free (albeit limited) and paid plans (price ranges from $9-$19).

Cons
Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this service. While my employer purchased this product, I think in order to use full features (like customer support), you need to purchase a pricier package. Alternative products like Docu Sign (which I use now) has offers the same items like customer support is the same across all Docu Sign packages.

I dont currently own Adobe Sign because it is rather expensive (like most adobe software). However, I have used it on at least a dozen occasions, probably more, and it is very easy to use and navigate through any documents with. Plenty of useful functionality and files are very secure.

Pros
Very secure, easy to use and comes with a lot of useful features to make signing documents quick and easy.

Cons
Pricing of anything made by Adobe is high and for small businesses like myself, it may be out of reach financially. However, its a solid service that I have yet to find any fault in functionality.

There are an excellent usage performance and interface, which you can access to your documents in a platform-independent manner. In particular, you can store all your documents securely on the cloud, regardless of where your documents are accessed. With redundancy and security options, it offers a much more powerful solution.

Pros
Platform independent, easy user interface.

Cons
It could be a little more reasonable in terms of product pricing.

Cannot integrate the API without an enterprise level subscription

Used occasionally for free trial
Reviewed 2020-01-23
Review Source: Capterra

Adobe's pricing model is quite nefarious, they charge you one year in advance. You cannot get out of this and if you wish to cancel, they will charge you half the subscription until the end of the contract. Also you cannot make changes to your subscription until near the end of the contract. You have a one month window. If you forget then tough, you have to pay cancellation fees for another year. The enterprise level do not have a price on the website, I'm not sure why companies do this unless it's because it is bad value and they want to lock you in for a conversation. The support is hit and miss, sometimes they are helpful but other times I have had chats with support where they just stop responding and the chat ends.

Pros
Seemed to work ok. It managed to take a PDF template and fill it in with custom value. One big problem is because this is a pdf, all boxes were fixed so if you have a text area, you have to make sure it's big enough to fit anything you need in there. Otherwise it will spill out of the layout.

Cons
We integrated the Adobe sign API with our website and got everything working. When I tried to upgrade our account I found out that we needed an enterprise level plan. This is partly my fault for not reading the feature list thoroughly. I have not worked with any other businesses that charge for API access. This is usually free.

Cons
A little clunky and have to make the same changes over and over even though it has been saved as is several times. I would like it to be easier to access the reminders and to be able to send to multiple people easier but the one time I did it didn't send to the second person and I had no way of sending reminders to that person either.
