Me gusta mucho! el sistema ha sido de gran apoyo en mis labores diarias, además que cuenta con un gran valor agregado el cual es el servicio, ya que esto ha hecho que mi experiencia sea excelente!
He encontrado que el sistema ERP es el que se tiene que adaptar a las empresas y ese es el caso de ADVANTA; un sistema fácil de digerir ya que es muy super intuitivo a la hora de interactuar con la pantalla, iniciando desde el menú principal y continuando por los submenús que se desglosan a medida que llegas al punto que buscabas.
Realmente el software es muy completo y no he tenido un inconveniente real.

ADVANTA CLOUD, ES UNA MARAVILLA PORQUE AL VIAJAR DENTRO Y FUERA DEL PAÍS PRÁCTICAMENTE ES ESTAR SIEMPRE EN LA OFICINA Y ME PERMITE DAR PRONTA RESPUESTA A MIS CLIENTES DESDE CUALQUIER PUNTO DONDE ME ENCUENTRE.
ES UN SOFTWARE QUE SUS APLICACIONES SON AMIGABLES Y VERSÁTILES QUE CUMPLE CON LOS OBJETIVOS DE MI EMPRESA
HA CUBIERTO MIS ESPECTATIVAS AL 100% POR LO QUE NO EXISTE ALGO QUE NO ME GUSTE

Que se adapta rápidamente a las necesidades del cliente, es facil de usar.
Que es poca la gente que resuelve los problemas o desarrolla las mejoras y eso a veces cuando debiera ser en un corto tiempo, toma mucho mas del normal

Nuestro proyecto comienza con brindar una herramienta que le apoye a la gente en su toma de decisiones al estar con el Cliente; los cambios que se están implementando llevan un ritmo y hay constantes cambios. Esta parte se pudo trabajar muy bien y la facilidad del Proveedor para entendernos y desarrollar los cambios fue en tiempo y a un costo/beneficio adecuado.
Para nosotros lo mas importante fue su adaptación para verlo en el celular, y la facilidad para personalizarlo a nuestras necesidades con el apoyo del Proveedor.
Estamos muy contentos con el resultado, y de acuerdo a nuestro requerimiento, este se ha cubierto y no tenemos ninguna queja.
