Having used this in the past, it is refreshing to see where they have come. They are a wonderful solution for any institution in acquiring, especially with high volume submissions day in and day out. The KYC engine is second to none, and really allows your RISK/Underwriting staff to field the information and make more informed decisions as opposed to manually exhausting search engines and research tools only to find you miss some information and aren't making a totally informed decision. Also, it integrates with our CRM which lends it self to process improvements across our institution.
This software keeps from having messy work in underwriting phase of boarding payments customers. Everything is self contained and is able to speak to our CRM. The system is intuitive and is capable of quite a bit which we have learned be working with the AEX team, and continuing to work with them on improving our tailored approach.
There is not much I find I "dislike." Socrecard locking, and potential overwriting existing data through processing of duplicates were a couple things we encountered but along with the AEXZ team were able to work through those.

Customer service is outstanding, with a dedicated account manager and monthly reviews. As a mid-sized business we value the attention and dedication the Agreements Express team puts into action.

The signing process with my clients has improved the time of the delivery of my product to the client.
The product is really easy to use. It has a wizard that follows you thoughout the entire process of singature.
There are times in which the platform gets really slow.

i like using it but the other users take long to go over the contracts.
I like the copy feature the most so if i need to do another maintenance or contract i don't need to input everything. It saves me time.
It does not red flag you when you have a rewind like the old version.
