Pros

It is enough attractive for the moment. But will be more attractive with a number of AI features under development, excellent pricing.
Ai Management if excellent in communication. Several times I was able to speak to top management and they resolved my issues promptly.
The software is fast, reliable and secure, which is exactly what you want in this type of product.

Pros

Very happy with system design and capacities. Great value for the fee.
The texting feature found on both versions is great way to improve customer communication and efficiency with very little effort.
How easy it is to use and the customer service has been great.

Cons

The only negative thing I can think of is the fact I didn't have this software at my last job.
We were searching for a Software Platform that could really digitize our process, get to the next square without getting hit too hard on cost.
It's not well designed for mobile and remote workers; the management tool need a PC to work on, etc.

Cons

The online version lost quite a few functions my shop used from the pervious version.
I had trouble with the internet version. It would not close end of day without locking up.
Emulating a DOS based program would bring stability, it makes odd errors like switching customers and dates.
