Pros

I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Rich UI with good user experience. Ease to track an application history.
The nice part is the responsive Web view of the HPE ALM which allows the tester or developer to just right click and perform the tasks.

Pros

Great supportive team to work with. The team is really passionate to listen to customers and give possible solutions very quick.
I am using it for regression tests for tools and apps. The experience has been amazing so far.
Ability to tailor cloud devices based on what our consumers are using; as well as the ability to integrate with other software used by the company.

Cons

In our company we use test case for run and defect.
That is the only feature that I find a little awkward to use.
There was some time lag in response. Desktop Client has some issue on windows platform.

Cons

Defects we received on the devices in our cloud but were unable to replicate on actual devices.
Elusive device errors with unclear descriptions, difficult to troubleshoot with support.
This tool helped us in finding couple critical bugs on info block internal application urls etc.
