Pros

I was offered the opportunity to test out your software &I am happy I did. Customers love my website.
Its easy to use, has a nice interface and its constantly getting better. Very happy with the service so far.
Ease of use, good customer service, great value, I love the website layout for my page.

Pros

Pretty robust software, helps with all the details we are requiring for our many sites/SF.
User friendly, powerful, well priced and great customer support.
I love all the features but it is not user friendly...it seems like I need a master degree on FM System in order to manage it.

Cons

I also recently had an issue with the scheduling app through the website. It kept allowing clients to book in even though I had the times blocked off.
When writing in the Bio part I couldn’t see what I wrote to afterwards. So it made it little difficult for editing purposes.
Most of my dissatisfaction stems from services, etc that are currently being worked on.

Cons

Have ongoing trouble with dates being in US format (we're in Australia), also some issues with using metric instead of imperial (mostly with floor plans and graphic views).
That it can be hard to fix issues without making phone calls. Always a hassle dealing with internal IT and your techs.
Scenario Planning Block & Stack needs to be able to sync (refresh) with live production data of occupied buildings during scenario planning duration.
