Pros

I was offered the opportunity to test out your software &I am happy I did. Customers love my website.
Its easy to use, has a nice interface and its constantly getting better. Very happy with the service so far.
Ease of use, good customer service, great value, I love the website layout for my page.

Pros

It is a great help in organizing and ensuring managers and supervisors maintain appropriate and efficient staffing.
Overall it does the job and the customer service is good and I am hoping to resolve some of our other concerns with it here in the future.
Their training teams have been wonderful and very patient with us in learning new facets of the software. We hope to engage more with E-hub but we have not been able to implement it as of yet.

Cons

I also recently had an issue with the scheduling app through the website. It kept allowing clients to book in even though I had the times blocked off.
When writing in the Bio part I couldn’t see what I wrote to afterwards. So it made it little difficult for editing purposes.
Most of my dissatisfaction stems from services, etc that are currently being worked on.

Cons

My only complaint would have been the lack of information shared from WinTeam to EHUB.
We are providing gross margin reports for each site and we are able to accurately allocate all of our labor and other direct costs.
We often had to enter data 2-3 times. We had spreadsheets that worked well enough but to was all a bit clumsy and overly redundant, not to mention prone to error.
