Pros

The ease of use and the 24/7 support was excellent. The security features and intuitive platform were also excellent.
I love the ease of use and the online help pages. Really saved having to watch long YouTube clips or call up (like intralinks!).
Always a good experience - the customer support is excellent, and always highly responsive.

Pros

The development team takes great care to design a system and user interface that suits your specific needs. Their platform is continuously evolving as they look for new and better ways to improve.
Their customer service is really good and they have great training opportunities. We have had nothing but good experiences with CasePacer.
Overall it's been a positive experience, and it's a good product.

Cons

When deleting users or documents, the corresponding audit trails get lost. This is a major flaw for a core function of a data room.
It was rejected by the user base and client. We asked for removal of the service, Ansarada refused and contuined to charge for it.
Further, the fact that you need to be a Q&A administrator to see the name of the Question Author is quite ridiculous.

Cons

Document saving using CasePacer drop has problems.
Sometimes it's hard to navigate, but that's rare.
