Pros

Pros

Software gives you a good picture of what is going on within your organization. Easy setup and pretty easy to manage the different tabs.
The support and customer service has been very responsive and helpful. It began with initial talk with rep and has continued throughout.
For a company with many employees that are in the field daily, this is the best option to meet safety training.

Cons

Cons

User interface is "clunky" and not most intuitive. Sometime difficult to navigate to right place.
The audits seem limited with only Yes/No/ N/A or Comments as the response options.
