Pros

Pros

PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I highly recommend this solution and am so happy we chose it.
I don't know if I've ever evangelized about a technology that I've cancelled before, but consider me a true believer. This is a superb company with a great product.
The two-way synchronization helps in reflecting the changes in one of the databases reflected in the other one. Custom field mapping is another robust feature which helps in improving investments.

Cons

Even though mostly it’s users error but it is hard to determine the error with current system available. It should have more software programs in it.
I had to make some mistakes and start all over a couple of times before I figured it out, but I suppose that will happen with anything.
Whenever there is a lack of functionality, it is usually the fault of the the app that is being connected.
