Pros

Pros

Wellness Living Software is easy to use and has great technical support. Its amazing that when I call I get to speak with a human being and not a computer.
There's also a Help Suite you can use to look up any particular situation. The features are awesome and the price point for all it is capable of is fantastic.
There are other advantages also such as email, reminders, thank you and simple yet powerful follow up tools that help to build relationship with customers.

Cons

Cons

Clients got frustrated paying money then their session counts wrong. Clients got frustrated because the app always had a glitch or wasn't working right.
My clients who experienced this no longer wanted to do the membership. Also, I have 10 teachers using the software and they never stopped complaining about it.
These 3 events that happened months apart from each other & the most frightening. Event 1, the reports were scrambled and did not reflect accurate data.
