Pros

The ease of use and the functionality it brings to our office is fantastic. Customer support is great too.
We have improved our organization with customer files thanks to Office Tools. Time saving and cost effective software have resulted in better productivity numbers.
For the most part we are pleased with the functionality of Office Tools. The help sections needs to have a few more topics that it will help with.

Cons

It is very confusing for the individual that does not have any experience with these types of softwares.
You will need training for the system and there is a cost for this. I struggle to get in touch with the support team and so it make's using the system difficult at times.
Originally used Cloud9 to host all applications, AbacusNext bought Cloud9 and pushed to have users move to APC Cloud. Horrible experience - see reviews for AbacusNext.
