Pros

The amount of detail in every module - how easy it is to setup - absolutely love the export to Excel. Love the full integration Vendor is very easy to deal with- listens and answers any questions.
We also love the fact that you can built configurable views that will allow you to build your own spreadsheet like views of data, save that and export it to excel.
It has definitely convinced us that it is a great tool for our business. Amazing ERP software that we will use for a long time.

Pros

Overall I am quite happy with the ease of use for this software. I would have loved to use power automate to send emails through my Gmail to avoid using mail mergers.
Later on, the main company adopted MS O365 and included PA license as part of the main license and allowing better integration with th e rest of the MS office features. This was a pleasant surprise.
The code used is low level and very easy to understand. The software is easy to deploy in the company from the first day and benefits are seen almost immediately.

Cons

Inability to build new modules on the fly. Each new request has to be requested.
When we made our choice we knew exactly what to expect. If you don't spend the time up front to figure out your requirements you will probably make the same costly error as we did.
The only small complaint is the font size is a bit small - but that maybe the function of the Microsoft Surface rather than the software.

Cons

This problem is pushing companies to buy extra licenses /software purchases or make alternative plans with vendors. This is sometimes frustrating.
The biggest disadvantage is that power automate can only be used within the MS office environment.
The main problem experienced so far is how fast a loop can time out when you have long flow chart.
