Overall it has been positive. There is a lot of ability to customize things to suit processes and there is a growing community of users on forums which adds to the support and training offered. The online courses are good. 

Keep your work organized

I researched a number of job management software packages, trialled about half a dozen and AroFlo really came out on top for me.  After migrating all of my data and using the software live for a couple of months now, I'm feeling reassured and extremely happy with the choice I made.  Well worth it!

Fantastic tool for managing your business!

The setup support was phenomenal, as has been the on-going support from the team.  I love that I can ring or chat live with someone and they can jump into the quote/task/project I am working on and tell me exactly why what I am trying to do isn't working!  Everyone I have spoken to on the team has been extremely knowledgeable.

They are very keen to sell you the product, promise much.A very old school type of data managment product, reminded me of [sensitive content hidden] , you will need dedicated person to manage the system.  I am a working director, Aroflo was to supposed to make my life easier, it  did not, just over the top for the expense.  To get my money back we have to work an extra 8 hours, you do the math, just not worth it

We at GB Electrical have been using AroFlo software since 2006. We have found the system and support from the team to always be fantastic and we would recommend AroFlo to any service based business who wants to simplify their systems and to reduce the need for paperwork. The system provides flexibility and allows multiple people to be able to work on the same data from any location. The software is constantly reviewed and improved with new features like GPS tracking a real benefit.
