Pros

Asset Panda is very useful for tracking asset movement and changes along with depreciation tracking. I would like to see some procurement integration.
I like the ease of use and modular design of this product. It seems like a quality solution for inventory and asset management at a much lower cost than other solutions we reviewed.
Keeping up with assets and maintenance work and schedules has almost been non-existent at our church. Our great hope is that Asset Panda will give us the framework for doing that.

Cons

With more accurate tracking of accessories, consumables, and main assets, we will be able to prevent items being lost along the way and reduce our cost of replacing misplaced or lost items.
The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.
It can be difficult to use system functions. You have to pull field records to correct a mistake you made.
