Asset essentials has changed how we are able to track not just labor but expenditures as well as gives us a better workflow allows for our personnel to generate their own workorders when they come across something, better dispatching of work we no longer have to go back to city hall for new work orders and can go from job to job easily with minimal backtracking.

Migrating to a new platform can initially be overwhelming especially when being familiar with a product that was used for a number of years and was fine- tuned to an organization's use.

The help line tech is able to fix 99% of any issue. If they cannot fix it, they get you in touch with the person who can along with keeping you updated with the progress.
