Pros

Overall, AssetTiger is a great asset tracking software platform. It allows small businesses to track their assets as well cost and location of the assets.
We have been using assettiger for about a year and overall asset tracking has been made super easy. A great feature they offer is being able to scan from a mobile device.
Free to use under 250 pieces of asset, very easy to use and customize to your needs. You can create your own labels (I did QR Codes, printed with P-Touch) and it works great.

Pros

I would gladly recommend it to anyone with similar needs and be confident they are getting a solid, professional product with strong customer service.
Webcheckout is a robust system that does an outstanding job managing a large inventory of equipment.
It is an excellent overall experience. With WebCheckout, we are ready to effortlessly oversee all of our stock and check them out to other understudies and workforce.

Cons

They retroactively started charging us with no notice. If this has happened to you just call and complain, they are refunding this without a fight because they know it is shady as hell.
The 'reserve' function is missing but it is in the process of being implemented so this won't stay a 'cons' for long.
Still the skeptic in me is still waiting for the gotcha.

Cons

When onboarding new employees they often feel intimidated by the interface and the product is very expensive.
What is missing or lacking is often addressed with regular software updates.
Technical support has been responsive in dealing with the issues each time but it was frustrating that it was occurring daily for a long time before it finally settled down.
