Overall I'm satisfied with the product.

Pros

I've worked with some of the bigger RMM tools in the past and Atera's platform stand out to me as more organized. They are also expanding and adding new features every other day, im looking forward more development as they continue to grow.

Cons

Ticketing system needs a complete makeover, its sufficient but nowhere near Autotask
