Trouble-tickets are great, the queues are all very versatile and easy to manage. We have automated alerts, calls, and client-submitted tickets and screenshots all populating to an active queue.

The sales people don't know their product and it doesn't have a lot of features. The sales people should have a PPO against them as all they do is harass.

Proffessional services automation and control

Pros

It controls the whole business from tickets to Accounting and getting paid. COntrolling stock, organising engineers, it runs our whole business

Cons

It is quite expensive but i do think that for the benefits we couldnt live without it really (Dont tell AT they might put our prices up)

Ability to easily access our customers from anywhere via a webbrowser (ie dont really have to install anything)

Pros

ability to send passwords to screen is a very big plus fast and responsive remote session experience very easy to setup remote unattended sessions vs some of the other EM software I have used

Cons

Doesn't integrate with autotask Licensing is misleading in sales stage. 3 sessions per tech to me sounded like 3 concurrent sessions total but obviously this is not the cases

Very good, robust product, it really does work well.

Pros

Easy of use, cross platform, speed of remote connections, we love the host key pass to enable 3rd parties time limited access to a PC/Server. And the Mobile tool whilst difficult from a smartphone has saved me hours of time in emergencies.

Cons

I would like to see some scripting options for hosts moved from ConnectWise Automate into ScreenConnect to mirror the services from other vendors such as Autotask RMM etc. IT would be nice to deploy software via ScreenConnect to a pool of devices.

Certainly the best in remote control

Pros

Easy to use and maintain. Connections establish very fast and all features are presents.

Cons

Pricing of Connectwise has changed with their other software (RMM,...) and I now use screenconnect for remote control as it is the best but I use a fixed cost RMM PSA tool for my main work as all connecwise pricing is per agent with a high cost .

Increased revenue do to better support for our client base.

Pros

The best parts of this product is: - Ease of setup - Very easy to setup and get user using it - Customization - highly customizable to meet your specific needs - Branding - Complete white label branding supported - Integration - With many PSA and RMM tools - Features supported - Mobile (Android, Iphone) , Linux, Mac & Widows supported for remote access, Meetings features, and unattended access.

Cons

Lack of support for Linux based system in some scenarios, Otherwise I cant really think of anything has been a huge issue for us.
