Pros

The value for money is great here, I also really like the customization ability , but the most important thing is that the product team keeps developing new features.
Ve only ever experienced one glitch that was easy to fix, which is amazing for a software company. Their customer service is also great and very helpful.
Customizable emails, great reporting, easy for customers (they have their own billing portal), amazing customer service.

Cons

The inability to pay in installments and problems during changes to a plan.
My only complaint is very small. When entering payment by client and choosing credit card there is always a warning pop-up stating that credit card payments are not accepted by the software.
Lack of features to customize the invoice PDF. Customer Support, No live chat, not very communicative support team, for some reason they never understand what i want.
