Pros

ProShop has been a really positive change after using another large MRP for years. Most of the difference comes down to a simple yet powerful user interface and excellent customer service support.
The software has many other features that set a company up for success such as training, quality control, time management, inventory management, ability to eliminate tribal knowledge and so many more.
Customer Service is excellent - responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Foundation for expansion. Insight into where we are making or losing money.
Coming from no system to this, took a while to get used to filling in all the blanks.
Tracking machine and labor hours to Work Orders can be difficult for unmanned jobs where multiple people bounce back and forth between work centers.
