Pros

The pricing is great which makes it an excellent value. We are very happy with the support and quick responses to our questions and requests.
Axxerion has good people and project managers who work closely with us. The pricing and support are excellent and straight forward.
Everything is from properties, work orders, inspections, inventory, assets are easily accessible. We can easy dispatch the work to our technicians and custodians and monitor the progress real time.

Pros

And that is the essence of a good system where the whole community is involved and one can see how her/his issue is resolved in near real time.
Simple is key and that's the main adjective to it. KISS: Keep it Simple and Straightforward fits this software perfectly.
Customers are more satisfied. The property manager it lso is benefitting.

Cons

Look very contrary is that there is no option to make the implementation locally. It also does not focus on residential properties and no owner or tenant portal.
Missing some basic project managent features. The prices of the product are not very reasonable compared to the software.
There are no current cons to the software that are a detriment to its use, just a learning curve with navigation and report use/creation that are common in all software.

Cons

As said above, the reporting of problems is often a bottleneck in traditional systems whereby one will see the problem and will have to call/email/ or phone the helpdesk to report it.
From taking the decision to having it running, no more than a week passed by.
Integration with our existing CAFM is possible but the overlap of functionalities has made it difficult for our IS teams to draw the line.
