Pros

My greatest experience has been with Azuga Customer Service, though. If ever I have a problem with a unit or a question, they are responsive and helpful and quickly resolve any concerns I may have.
I like the ease of use, and the knowledge of where my team is. This helps me dispatch efficiently and effectively.
Positive for our team and very good tool for me as a manager to tracks trips and safety.

Cons

Only downside for me is that they can be easily removed and accidentally removed when pulling the e brake in some of our trucks.
I didn't get that far, The devices were not self install as it sounded over the phone by the rep. false promises, and days of delay to get a response back, charged for no service provided.
And because of the poor follow up I cancelled my contact. I was denied a refund in the beginning them later was approved for refund.
