Pros

It helps give peace of mind to the company and really helps drill down on where the focus needs to be to encourage safer driving practices.
For the money Azuga is a great value. There are a multitude of great options for fleet tracking and maintenance.
I was very pleased once we implemented the devices as it allows us to ensure safety.

Pros

Have been using Zubie for the past 2 years on all our trucks. It is a great product with good features.
After a number of issues were resolved I now depend on Zubie daily. It helps me keep track of my crew and the condition of my vehicle.
I also see that the reward for being a "loyal" Zubie customer is to pay full price for a service that potential new customers will get at a discount.

Cons

Things did not start off well, as they messed up our start / billing dates, this was a kick off to many hours of dealing with inept customer service.
We have had some problems with wrong locations of the buildings.
When our daughters car is below 12.3 volts I get a repeated warning. They could tweak that lower.

Cons

Sometimes the software lags on the app. Trucks can easily have the zubie disconnected which causes problems.
We have been using Zubie for about 2 years, first of all, they are not compatible with Ford F650, second, the tracking can be delayed for over a day, but most of the time there are hours delayed.
As a dispatcher, I don't have time to check where each techs van is. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary "clicks" now, which has made Zubie seem more complicated and confusing to use.
